CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING OF BOOKINGS

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice as this allows us to offer he slot to someone else. Cancellations made with less then 24 hours notice will be charged at the full rate. However, cancellations or reschedules made with more than 24 hours’ notice will receive a full refund credited to your account.
