Unlike many other massage therapists didn’t feel I was getting an “off the shelf” session, but more one tailored to me. Be prepared for firm pressure.

I had my first appointment today. For sports injury remedial massage. I was in absolute agony from sciatica. From my left side lower back down through my buttock down the... read more thigh into my calf with numb toes. After 45 minutes of the massage I felt at least 70% easier pain wise. Lorena is able to effectively relieve both our aches and pains and we leave feeling a thousand times better and instantly more flexible and limber. Lorena recommends stretches and exercises we can do at home to continue to help strengthen our muscles and improve our mobility.
