Lorena always checks how I'm feeling at the end of the session and makes final adjustments to ensure I leave with the pain and tension released as much as possible. She also explains what she's doing - which muscles she's working on, how they are connected and why they have got damaged, as well as finishing each session with some suggestions of how I can help myself through simple movements at home, something which is so helpful but which I've not come across before. Lorena is a delightful person, so warm, easy and welcoming while also being very thorough, caring and professional.
