Tension that I’d been carrying for years (particularly in my neck and shoulders) softened in a way I hadn’t managed to achieve through stretching or other massages. The reduction in pain alone felt like a small miracle. Then, shortly after my first visit, I unfortunately sprained my ankle in a dance class, largely due to long-standing tightness in my Achilles. Over the past few weeks, your work has made an enormous difference. You’ve helped my muscles relax, restored mobility in my feet, and kept my body feeling aligned and supported. What’s remarkable is that, for the first time in a long time, I’m not walking around with a constantly aching body. Despite being “meant” to be in a boot and on crutches for weeks, I’m far more mobile than I would have expected — which is truly a testament to your skill and care. There’s something in the way you work that’s hard to put into words, but it’s deeply effective. I’m no longer carrying that familiar tightness through my neck and shoulders, and the light therapy has been a wonderful additional support to the whole experience. I now genuinely look forward to my sessions and see them as an essential part of my ongoing wellbeing. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to anyone!
