The reduction in pain alone felt like a small miracle. Then, shortly after my first visit, I unfortunately sprained my ankle in a dance class, largely due to long-standing tightness in my Achilles. What’s remarkable is that, for the first time in a long time, I’m not walking around with a constantly aching body.
