Life Massage was set up in 2003 by Lorena Mondonico.
Lorena is a highly skilled an intuitive massage therapist and complementary therapist who is committed to make complementary medicine an accessible and integrated part of everyone’s life and in delivering a high quality, tailored and professional service to bring health and well being in people’s life, enhance the work environment and well being of employees and make any event a more special one.

A bit about the founder
Lorena Mondonico, Founder of Life Massage.
I am a member of the IFPA and CThA. I have over 25 years of experience in working as a professional massage therapist and clinical aromatherapist, having graduated in 2000. I practice Therapeutic Massage, Remedial and Sport Injury Massage, Aromatherapy, Pregnancy & Post-Pregnancy Massage, Acupressure and Meridian Massage, Lymphatic Drainage Massage, Indian Head Massage and Reiki., in addition after thorough research of case studies and applications, I now offer IR and NIR light therapy (photobiomodulation).
Life Massage is much more than just work for me, it’s my passion. A deeply meaningful path through which I bring together skill, care, intuition, and a genuine intention to help people heal and feel better in themselves. I believe treatment can support people not only physically, but also emotionally and mentally, and this is reflected in the way I work.
The therapy works on physical, emotional and mental levels and the treatments are tailored to each client needs that are assessed at each visit. Some sessions are more clinical and focused on musculoskeletal pain, injury, tension, or recovery. Others are gentler, more restorative, and supportive of emotional balance, nervous system regulation, and overall wellbeing. Often they are a mix of both, at varying degrees, because people are rarely just physical or emotional beings in isolation.
I have always been deeply committed to continued training and professional development, so that I can keep refining my knowledge, skills, and therapeutic understanding in order to offer the most effective support possible. Clients often come to me not only for my technical ability, but for the depth of care, presence, and intention I bring to the treatment space. It is this combination that helps create work that can be both highly effective and deeply supportive.
Treatments are carried out in the clinic, and in some cases I also offer home visits following recommendation or a previous clinic appointment, as well as selected on-site corporate treatments and events. Any therapist working on behalf of Life Massage is fully qualified, professionally registered, and chosen for sharing the same values of care, professionalism, and genuine commitment to client wellbeing.
