Refund and Returns Policy
As we offer in-person treatments, no physical goods are shipped and services are non-refundable once provided.
We understand that schedules can change and we are happy to accommodate cancellations and rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment time.
Cancellations, rescheduling requests and missed appointments with less then 24 hours’ notice will be charged at the full session fee, as this short notice does not allow sufficient time to offer the appointment to another client.
Cancellations or rescheduling of appointments made with more than 24 hours’ notice will receive a full refund credited to the account used to make the purchase.
In case of the purchase of a gift voucher, they will be delivered via email within 24 hours of purchase or on the specified date on the order. Should you have not received the email containing the eVoucher, due to an eventual glitch in the automated system, please get in touch and I will send it manually immediately.
If you believe a charge has been made in error, please contact us within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment and I’ll review your case promptly.
