Lorena always checks how I'm feeling at the end of the session and makes final adjustments to ensure I leave with the pain and tension released as much as possible. She also explains what she's doing - which muscles she's working on, how they are connected and why they have got damaged, as well as finishing each session with some suggestions of how I can help myself through simple movements at home, something which is so helpful but which I've not come across before. Lorena is a delightful person, so warm, easy and welcoming while also being very thorough, caring and professional. Her commitment to understanding your needs, not only in each individual session but also building this across multiple sessions and checking back on how things have progressed is outstanding.
